Bat Jerky: Cut bat steaks into rectangular strips, then marinate. I have found that bat blood with a pinch of sugar provides a savory, if not iron-y flavor. Cook in an oven until the meat is dried out and tough. Only one prisoner thus far has chipped a tooth.
