This seems to be a flask filled with the waters of a scrying bowl. Faint images swirl around it. Two cloaked figures pass by each other in a city alley. Almost imperceptibly, their hands brush together. A scroll of paper is passed between them and tucked quickly into the folds of one`s cloak.
This item is a part of the collection: Captured Glimpses (Vex Thal).
