Golem Gruel: Gruel can be made of nearly anything; oats, flax, rice, or bran. Crush ingredients into fine granules and combine in a pot. Stonegrabbers are particularly well-suited to the task of crushing, if you can find one smart enough to do it. Add boiling water. You will notice the mixture begin to thicken. When it reaches a gluey viscosity, it is ready to serve. The prisoners are not in a position to be particularly picky.
